Samuel is out of surgery, but he is not back in STICU yet
and the doctors have not spoken to us about how he is doing. He was transferred to a different part of
the hospital for the third phase of the surgery. The trauma team will be taking him back to
the operating room on Friday. He is open
again, and they will attempt to close the muscle part of his abdomen on Friday
after they finish their other procedures.
I am anxious to see him. This morning
he seemed so weak and was actually asking them to put him to sleep for surgery
so that he didn’t hurt anymore. All of the
new internal bleeding is going to change the process they were using to help
him stay on the right track. Please
continue to pray for him.
